So... HTML5 anyone?

This is what I've been spending my time learning at the moment. There are a lot of resources available and some brilliant demonstrations, here's a couple of my favourites.
(Of course you must have an HTML5 compliant browser)

Depth of field

Mr Doob's Depth of field demonstration.
This one is best viewed in chrome, the framerate seems a lot lower in Safari and Firefox.
Mr Doob has loads of interesting examples of HTML5 and also some ActionScript Papervision3D work at mrdoob.com

Apple have some great demos over at www.apple.com/html5

And finally... A great resource for everything HTML5 by Mark Pilgrim Diveintohtml5.org Essentially a PDF format of an entire book dedicated to HTML5, enjoy!

Tesco Magazine Shop

Whilst working at Digitati Ltd I was involved in the Tesco Magazine Shop project. The site is an interactive flash environment for viewing and purchasing magazines.

I was responsible for several parts of the project including: the designing and implementing of the site preloader, the loading of aisles and pre-loading pages of the magazine "look inside" previews, designing and arranging several of the UI elements, altering original classes to allow for multiple aisles of magazines, refining some of the navigational elements, displaying offer images on shelves, basket functionality and displaying the basket contents in the basket drop-down, adding header boards to aisles and adding full-screen mode functionality.

Site update!

The site has been updated with a new design and is still under construction. I've added some recent projects that I've been working on, including the Tesco Magazine Shop.
